Jail whoever took 40% commission, those involved in BitCoin - MP Sinha challenge

Mysore MP Pratap Sinha has challenged the new Congress government by saying, "Whoever got 40% commission, who is involved in BitCoin, catch them and put them in jail, or else, confess and apologize that you made the accusation to do politics and make people monkey."

Siddaramaiah sir, why did you issue a government order 3 days ago that money should not be released for any project or works? You are telling BJP 40 percent, for how much percent did you order such a thing? What is your purpose? Please tell me, said MP Pratap Sinha.
